Third parties
Where reasonable and practicable, we collect personal information directly from you. If information is provided by a third party, we will take reasonable steps to make you aware of the information and the circumstances of its collection.

We may disclose personal information to third parties where you have consented to the disclosure, where it is needed to provide the service, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete or permanently de-identify it, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
KBudget provides controls for deleting transactions, accounts and app data. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing information.
We do not charge for making an access request, although an administrative fee may apply if providing copies creates a material cost. We will explain any fee before proceeding.
